Methodology: Data Collected: Productivity and Fuel Consumption (before and after using Power Pro Diesel) Execution Team: PT. AAA & Power Pro Diesel Teams
Specification Unit and Operator: PC400 minimum Physical Availability (PA) of 90% (PPM Clinic) and Skill of 90% (based on PT. AAA's SOP).
Activity: The Power Pro Diesel Team and PT. AAA will analyze data from the performance of the PC400 unit for the 40-ton class, consisting of productivity data and fuel consumption.
Execution Steps
START
Record and photograph fuel consumption and HM (Hour Meter) data via the monitor panel.
Pour Power Pro Diesel into the Excavator's fuel tank.
Fill the fuel tank with Diesel/Biodiesel until it is above the strainer of the tank cap.
Operate the Excavator Unit.
Record a video for approximately 10 minutes while the Excavator is operating.
Record the fuel usage during the next refueling.
